e?<\/strong><\/p><p>Year three of accreditation opened on<strong>\u00a030<sup>ed<\/sup> October 2025.<\/strong><\/p><p>Rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau gan gwmn\u00efau gorfodi preifat, masnachwyr unigol a thimau gorfodi mewnol mewn Awdurdodau Lleol sy\u2019n gwneud gwaith gorfodi sifil neu Uchel Lys ar hyn o bryd.<\/p><p>Bydd rhestr wedi&#039;i diweddaru o sefydliadau achrededig yn cael ei chyhoeddi ar ein gwefan ar <strong>Friday 5th December 2025. <\/strong><\/p><p>Bydd y rhestr gyhoeddus hon yn cael ei hadolygu a&#039;i diweddaru o bryd i&#039;w gilydd i adlewyrchu unrhyw geisiadau a ddaw i mewn ar \u00f4l yr amser hwn.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-primary );font-family: var( --e-global-typography-secondary-font-family ), Sans-serif;font-size: ymrwymiad gweithredol, cyhoeddus i safonau uchel ac i atebolrwydd.<\/p><p>Mae hefyd yn rhoi cyfle i gredydwyr sy&#039;n darparu gwaith i gwmn\u00efau gorfodi ysgogi arfer da drwy sicrhau eu bod yn contractio \u00e2 sefydliadau achrededig yr ECB yn unig.<\/p><p>Mae nifer fawr o gredydwyr eisoes wedi datgan yn gyhoeddus mai dim ond gyda sefydliadau achrededig ECB y byddant yn gweithio.<\/p><p>Mae sefydliadau achrededig yn atebol i dalu ardoll yr ECB, sy&#039;n ariannu ein gweithrediad.<\/p><p>Ar hyn o bryd mae hyn wedi&#039;i osod ar ganran o&#039;r trosiant o ffioedd a gasglwyd o dan waith y Ddeddf Cymryd Rheolaeth ar Nwyddau.
