trin yn deg yw sicrhau bod unrhyw un sy\u2019n credu eu bod wedi cael eu trin yn annheg yn gallu cwyno\u2019n hawdd ac yr ymdrinnir \u00e2\u2019u cwyn yn gyflym ac yn deg. Cymhlethir hyn ymhellach gan y ffaith bod gan wahanol fathau o ddyledion a chredydwyr brosesau cwyno a llwybrau apelio gwahanol.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Dyna pam yr ydym yn blaenoriaethu adolygu gweithdrefnau cwyno presennol, gyda\u2019r nod o greu modd syml, gyson a hygyrch i bobl gael datrys eu cwyn yn y lle cyntaf a chael ei hystyried gan gorff annibynnol os ydynt yn dal i deimlo nad yw wedi cael ei thrin yn deg.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c52e2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4c52e2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Ein R\u00f4l<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yn ystod 2024 byddwn yn gweithio i ddarparu system gwyno well i bobl sydd wedi profi camau gorfodi.<\/p>\n<p>I wneud hyn, byddwn yn gosod safonau newydd <a href=\"https:\/\/enforcementconductboard.org\/cy\/standards\/\">(gallwch ddarllen mwy yma)<\/a> ar gyfer y diwydiant gorfodi a ddaw i rym yn hydref 2024. Bydd ein safonau yn gosod disgwyliadau clir ar gyfer cwmn\u00efau gorfodi o ran sut y maent yn gweithio, gan gynnwys safonau sy&#039;n ymwneud \u00e2&#039;u gweithdrefnau cwyno. Bydd y safonau hyn yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>diffinio&#039;r hyn a olygwn wrth ymdrin \u00e2 chwynion yn deg<\/li>\n<li>sicrhau bod pobl yn ymwybodol o&#039;u hawl i gwyno;<\/li>\n<li>hygyrchedd prosesau delio \u00e2 chwynion cwmn\u00efau;<\/li>\n<li>amserlenni derbyniol ar gyfer datrys cwynion; a<\/li>\n<li>dysgu a gwella o gwynion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c5b29f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c5b29f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Ein swyddogaeth gwyno <\/strong><\/p><p>Yn ogystal \u00e2 gwella&#039;r ffordd y mae cwmn\u00efau&#039;n ymdrin \u00e2 chwynion a chreu cysondeb ar draws y sector, byddwn hefyd yn sefydlu ein gwasanaeth ymdrin \u00e2 chwynion ein hunain. Bydd ein swyddogaeth gwyno yn derbyn unrhyw g\u0175yn newydd am ymddygiad asiant gorfodi neu gwmni lle mae person yn teimlo nad yw ei g\u0175yn gychwynnol i&#039;r cwmni dan sylw wedi cael ei thrin yn deg neu mewn modd amserol. Bydd y gwasanaeth hwn yn lansio ym mis Ionawr 2025. Bydd canllawiau pellach ar sut i gwyno yn cael eu cyhoeddi yn nes at yr amser.<br \/><br \/>Ni fyddwn yn gallu penderfynu ar gwynion am y ddyled ei hun (e.e. dilysrwydd gwarant neu writ), y ffioedd a godir ar ddyled neu os yw achos wedi cychwyn gweithrediadau cyfreithiol.<br \/><br \/>Byddwn yn gwneud penderfyniadau am ganlyniad cwynion ar sail a yw&#039;r asiant neu&#039;r cwmni wedi gweithredu yn unol \u00e2&#039;n safonau. Lle byddwn yn canfod bod asiantau a\/neu gwmn\u00efau wedi torri ein safonau byddwn yn argymell iawn priodol i&#039;r sawl sy&#039;n cwyno. Bydd gweithredu ein hargymhellion ar wneud iawn yn ofyniad gorfodol ar gyfer achredu busnesau gorfodi.<br \/><br \/>Bydd hon yn system a dull newydd o ymdrin \u00e2 chwynion ac rydym am sicrhau bod ein holl benderfyniadau yn seiliedig ar dystiolaeth. Am y rheswm hwn, nid ydym yn credu y bydd yn bosibl i ni asesu cwynion hanesyddol yn ddibynadwy (sy'n codi cyn i'n cynllun newydd ddod yn weithredol) lle rydym yn annhebygol o allu cael gafael ar dystiolaeth fel fideo camera corff neu ddogfennau perthnasol. Rydym yn cydnabod y bydd hyn yn siomedig i rai ond rydym yn canolbwyntio ar sicrhau, o ddyfodiad ein cynllun, y bydd pawb sydd \u00e2 chwyn yn cael mynediad at gynllun cwynion
