gyntaf gyson dda a hefyd yn darparu llwybr i uwchgyfeirio cwynion heb eu datrys i&#039;r ECB, a fydd yn darparu penderfyniad annibynnol ar gwynion.<\/p><p>Ar y dudalen hon, fe welwch ragor o wybodaeth am pam rydym wedi gwneud hyn a beth mae hyn yn ei olygu yn ymarferol.<\/p><p><strong>Cefndir <\/strong><\/p><p>Gall y broses bresennol ar gyfer cwyno am asiant gorfodi fod yn gymhleth ac yn anodd ei llywio.<\/p><p>Cymhlethir hyn ymhellach gan y ffaith bod gan wahanol fathau o ddyledion a chredydwyr brosesau cwyno a llwybrau apelio gwahanol.<\/p><p>Dyna pam yr ydym wedi blaenoriaethu adolygiad o weithdrefnau cwyno presennol.
