Daeth y cyfarfod rhithwir hwn yn boeth ar sodlau ein cyfarfod personol olaf ym mis Hydref. Serch hynny, roedd digon o weithgarwch i\u2019w drafod, gan ddechrau gyda myfyrio ar yr ymateb gwych gan ddiwydiant i lansiad ein cynllun achredu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Achrediad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Credwn fod cwmn\u00efau sydd wedi\u2019u hachredu gennym yn cyfrif am o leiaf 95% o\u2019r farchnad gyffredinol ar gyfer gwaith gorfodi Cymryd Rheolaeth ar Nwyddau. Mae&#039;r canlyniad hwn yn rhoi llwyfan cryf i ni wrth i ni adeiladu ein model goruchwylio. Y cam nesaf yw cael timau gorfodi mewnol mewn Awdurdodau Lleol i mewn i&#039;n cynllun achredu a buom yn trafod ein hymagwedd strategol at hyn. Er enghraifft, gwyddom fod rhai Awdurdodau Lleol yn pryderu am y potensial ar gyfer sancsiynau ariannol a chytunasom na allem ragweld amgylchiadau lle y byddem yn ceisio gosod sancsiynau ariannol ar gorff cyhoeddus. Bydd y t\u00eem yn arwain rhai gweithdai gyda thimau mewnol dros yr ychydig fisoedd nesaf i drafod manylion sut y gallai achredu fod yn berthnasol i&#039;r gr\u0175p hwn o ddarparwyr. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Ymatebion i&#039;r ymgynghoriad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Bu\u2019r Bwrdd hefyd yn trafod ymgynghoriad rheoliadau Cymryd Rheolaeth o Nwyddau y Weinyddiaeth Gyfiawnder a chytunwyd y dylai\u2019r ECB ymateb. Bydd ein hymateb yn canolbwyntio ar y cynigion ynghylch y cam cydymffurfio a thaflenni gwybodaeth, sydd \u00e2 chysylltiadau \u00e2&#039;r gwaith y byddwn yn ei wneud dros y misoedd nesaf i ddatblygu ein safonau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Ymgysylltu \u00e2 chredydwyr<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Buom yn siarad am y cynnydd parhaus y mae&#039;r t\u00eem wedi bod yn ei wneud i sicrhau cefnogaeth credydwyr ar gyfer achrediad ECB. Gobeithiwn wneud cyhoeddiad sylweddol yn y gofod hwn yn ystod yr wythnos neu ddwy nesaf, felly cadwch olwg am hynny. Fe wnaethom hefyd nodi cyfleoedd i ddefnyddio ymgysylltiad ar lefel Bwrdd gyda rhai credydwyr mawr iawn i drosi cefnogaeth gyffredinol ar gyfer cenhadaeth yr ECB yn ymrwymiadau cyhoeddus diriaethol i weithio gyda darparwyr achrededig yr ECB yn unig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Sail statudol<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Yn olaf, dychwelodd y Bwrdd at ein trafodaeth ym mis Hydref ar sail statudol. Gwnaethom egluro ein safbwynt; bod yr ECB o blaid ceisio sylfaen statudol, mewn ffordd sy&#039;n cynnal ei annibyniaeth ac yn osgoi&#039;r anfanteision o ddod yn rhan annatod o beirianwaith y llywodraeth.  Byddwn yn cyfarfod nesaf ddechrau mis Rhagfyr pan fyddwn yn bwriadu trafod cynigion ar gyfer ffurflenni data chwarterol a chwmpas ein datblygiad safonau yn ogystal \u00e2 chlywed gan Martin Coppack o Fair By Design ar egwyddorion dylunio cynhwysol.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Board met on Monday 6 November for our penultimate meeting of 2023.
