Rwy&#039;n ddiolchgar bod cymaint ohonoch wedi bod, ac yn parhau i fod, mor hael gyda&#039;ch amser a&#039;ch arbenigedd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Amdanaf i<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I&#039;r rhai sydd heb gyfarfod neu weithio gyda mi eto, ymunais \u00e2&#039;r ECB yn \u00f4l ym mis Hydref o&#039;r Gwasanaeth Sifil. Yn ystod fy ngyrfa yno, b\u00fbm mewn rolau amrywiol gan gynnwys Pennaeth y rhaglen Cymorth i Brynu a Thai Hunangomisiynu a chynghorydd Tai a Llywodraeth Leol i\u2019r Prif Weinidog. Ar \u00f4l dechrau fy ngyrfa yng Nghyngor Haringey, mae gen i brofiad o lywodraeth leol hefyd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Fy mlaenoriaethau<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Mae fy r\u00f4l yn yr ECB yn fy ngweld yn arwain ar ddau o&#039;r meysydd blaenoriaeth a nodir yn ein cynllun busnes: datblygu safonau newydd ar gyfer y diwydiant gorfodi a dyfeisio swyddogaeth ymdrin \u00e2 chwynion yr ECB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Bydd y meysydd hyn o\u2019n gwaith yn allweddol i\u2019n trosolwg a byddant yn cael effaith sylweddol ar bobl sy\u2019n profi gorfodi, y diwydiant gorfodi, y sector cynghori a thu hwnt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">A dyna pam ei bod mor bwysig, wrth ddatblygu&#039;r prosiectau hyn, bod y broses yn dryloyw ac yn gydweithredol a&#039;n bod yn gweithio gyda&#039;n gilydd i ddatblygu ateb sy&#039;n sicrhau bod pawb sy&#039;n profi gorfodi yn cael eu trin yn deg ac yn gynaliadwy i&#039;r sector cyfan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Rhan fawr o ddatblygiad y safonau fydd cynnal gweithdai mewn gwahanol leoliadau ar draws Cymru, Lloegr ac ar-lein i bawb yr effeithir arnynt gan orfodi, gan gynnwys asiantau gorfodi, cwmn\u00efau a\u2019r sector cyngor ar ddyledion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ar ddechrau\u2019r flwyddyn nesaf, byddaf yn rhannu amserlen ar gyfer y gwaith safonau a\u2019r cyfleoedd i\u2019n rhanddeiliaid gymryd rhan yn y broses datblygu polisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Rydym am gael ystod mor eang \u00e2 phosibl o safbwyntiau felly cadwch lygad ar ein sianeli cyfryngau cymdeithasol i gael rhagor o fanylion am sut i gymryd rhan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Myfyrdodau ar fy nhaith ECB hyd yn hyn<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Mae fy nau fis cyntaf gyda&#039;r ECB wedi bod yn brysur ac yn llawn egni - ac i&#039;r un graddau!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">O dreulio\u2019r diwrnod ym Manceinion gydag asiant gorfodi profiadol yn cael syniad o sut beth yw diwrnod mewn gwirionedd i orfodi gorchmynion atebolrwydd i dreulio amser yn gwrando ar alwadau sy\u2019n dod i\u2019r National Debt Line yn Birmingham, rwyf wedi rhoi blaenoriaeth i weld sut mae pethau\u2019n gweithio\u2019n ymarferol, ac ymlaen y ddaear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Rwyf hefyd wedi treulio peth amser yn clywed am fanteision dulliau newydd o orfodi, rhannu gwybodaeth a chydweithio - syniadau rwy&#039;n gobeithio y gallwn adeiladu arnynt gyda&#039;r gwaith y byddaf yn ei arwain ar gyfer yr ECB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Mae clywed gan unigolion sy&#039;n gweithio i sefydliadau llai gan gynnwys cynghorwyr dyled arbenigol yn ogystal ag asiantau unigol, ymgynghorwyr ac academyddion hefyd wedi bod yn amhrisiadwy ac wedi rhoi llawer o feddwl i mi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>2024..a thu hwnt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Wrth i 2023 ddod i ben, rydym i gyd, fel t\u00eem, yn myfyrio ar y cynnydd yr ydym wedi\u2019i wneud eleni ac yn edrych ymlaen at adeiladu ar y gwaith hwn yn 2024 pan fyddwn yn parhau i ymdrochi yn y maes yr ydym yn ei ddeall a\u2019i ddeall. &#039;yn gweithredu o fewn \u2013 ac o bob safbwynt a safbwynt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Unwaith eto, cadwch lygad am y newyddion diweddaraf am y gweithdai sydd i ddod \u2013 byddem wrth ein bodd yn clywed gennych.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Hannah Semple<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Cyfarwyddwr Polisi a Goruchwyliaeth<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Having spent my first weeks at the ECB hearing from lots of different voices across the enforcement and debt advice sector, I\u2019m taking over Chris\u2019 usual monthly blog to say thank you to all those who have met with me so far and been kind enough to share their reflections and ideas with me.
