Rwyf eisoes wedi defnyddio&#039;r wybodaeth a&#039;r profiad hwnnw i gyfrannu at broses ymdrin \u00e2 chwynion yr ECB ac i lunio ei system rheoli achosion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fodd bynnag, trwy ymuno \u00e2\u2019r ECB, rwyf hefyd wedi camu i mewn i ddiwydiant newydd, ac rwyf wedi\u2019i gwneud yn flaenoriaeth i feithrin fy ngwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth dechnegol, drwy ymgyfarwyddo fy hun \u00e2\u2019r Safonau Cenedlaethol, Safonau\u2019r ECB a\u2019r fframwaith cyfreithiol ar gyfer Cymryd Rheolaeth ar Nwyddau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ynghyd \u00e2 fy nghydweithiwr Claire Evans, rwyf hefyd wedi astudio ar gyfer cymhwyster Lefel 2 mewn Cymryd Rheolaeth o Nwyddau ac wedi ennill y cymhwyster hwnnw. Cefais y cwrs ei hun yn drefnus iawn, gyda&#039;r broses orfodi wedi&#039;i rhannu&#039;n gamau clir. Rhoddodd ddealltwriaeth gadarn i mi o&#039;r cysyniadau allweddol ynghylch cymryd rheolaeth dros nwyddau, cyfrifoldebau asiantau gorfodi, a&#039;r prosesau cyfreithiol dan sylw. Yn sicr, rhoddodd gipolwg i mi ar heriau\u2019r broses orfodi a\u2019r dyfarniadau anodd y gelwir ar asiantau gorfodi i\u2019w gwneud o ddydd i ddydd.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er mwyn dod \u00e2\u2019r ddamcaniaeth yn fyw, a sicrhau fy mod yn deall y ffordd y caiff ei gweithredu\u2019n ymarferol, b\u00fbm yn cysgodi asiant gorfodi profiadol am y diwrnod \u2013 mae hyn yn rhywbeth y mae holl staff yr ECB yn ymrwymo i\u2019w wneud pan fyddant yn dechrau yn yr ECB.  Gwelais \u00e2&#039;m llygaid fy hun y sgiliau sydd eu hangen ar asiantau i egluro&#039;r broses orfodi yn glir ac yn sensitif wrth reoli emosiynau mewn sefyllfaoedd poeth. Roedd y profiad hwnnw\u2019n amhrisiadwy ac mae nid yn unig wedi rhoi gwerthfawrogiad gwirioneddol i mi o\u2019r heriau y mae asiantau gorfodi yn eu hwynebu, ond hefyd effaith gorfodi ar y person sy\u2019n cael ei orfodi yn ei erbyn.  Byddaf yn ymgymryd \u00e2 chyfleoedd cysgodi pellach dros y misoedd nesaf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gyda lansiad llwyddiannus ein swyddogaeth gwynion ym mis Ionawr, rwyf bellach yn defnyddio&#039;r wybodaeth a gefais yn fy r\u00f4l fel Ymchwilydd Cwynion. Bydd deall y broses orfodi yn fanwl yn sicrhau fy mod yn gwneud penderfyniadau teg, gwrthrychol a gwybodus. Dylai hefyd fy ngalluogi i egluro i&#039;r achwynydd y rhannau o&#039;r broses orfodi nad ydynt wedi bod yn glir iddynt ymlaen llaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae pawb yn yr ECB wedi ymrwymo i godi safonau yn y diwydiant fel bod pobl sy&#039;n profi camau gorfodi yn cael eu trin yn deg.
