Mae miliynau o bobl yn profi camau gorfodi bob blwyddyn, gyda data&#039;r BCE yn amcangyfrif bod 8m o achosion yn 2024, gyda chyfanswm gwerth o \u00a35.2bn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Mae&#039;r BCE wedi bod yn darparu goruchwyliaeth ac achrediad i&#039;r rhan fwyaf o gwmn\u00efau yng Nghymru a Lloegr ers ei sefydlu yn 2022. Ond ar hyn o bryd nid oes gofyn i gwmn\u00efau gofrestru. O ganlyniad, mae cannoedd o filoedd o ddyledion yn cael eu gorfodi bob blwyddyn gan gwmn\u00efau nad ydynt yn cael eu rheoleiddio na&#039;u goruchwylio - gan adael y cyhoedd mewn perygl o arferion gwael ac asiantau twyllodrus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Daw&#039;r alwad wrth i&#039;r Llywodraeth gyhoeddi ymgynghoriad newydd ar reoleiddio&#039;r diwydiant. Mae&#039;r ymgynghoriad yn cynnig rhoi pwerau cyfreithiol i&#039;r BCE a rhoi ei oruchwyliaeth ar sail statudol. Mae&#039;n cydnabod bod amddiffyniad cyfreithiol gwell yn hen bryd, gyda&#039;r Llywodraeth flaenorol wedi dechrau trafodaethau ar hyn yn \u00f4l yn 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Mae&#039;r BCE yn croesawu&#039;r ymgynghoriad. Bydd rheoleiddio statudol yn sicrhau bod pob cwmni ac asiant yn gweithredu yn \u00f4l safonau uchel y BCE ac yn ddarostyngedig i&#039;n cynllun monitro a dyfarnu cwynion, gan ddarparu amddiffyniad hanfodol i&#039;r cyhoedd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Dywedodd Chris Nichols, Prif Swyddog Gweithredol y Bwrdd Ymddygiad Gorfodi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cMae gan y Bwrdd Ymddygiad Gorfodi genhadaeth hanfodol i sicrhau bod pawb sy\u2019n profi camau gorfodi (beil\u00efaid) yn cael eu trin yn deg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cEr gwaethaf yr holl gynnydd sydd wedi\u2019i wneud wrth gyflawni ein cenhadaeth, mae cannoedd o filoedd o bobl yn dal i dderbyn camau gorfodi gan leiafrif o ddarparwyr sydd wedi gwrthod cytuno i\u2019n safonau ac wedi dweud \u201cna\u201d i atebolrwydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cRydym yn cefnogi\u2019n llwyr gynnig y Llywodraeth i gau\u2019r bwlch hwn a gwneud rheoleiddio gwasanaethau gorfodi yn ofyniad cyfreithiol, fel y gall pawb sy\u2019n profi camau gorfodi ddibynnu ar yr un amddiffyniadau. Mae hwn yn gam syml ac angenrheidiol i gefnogi gorfodi teg i bawb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cEdrychwn ymlaen at weithio gyda\u2019r llywodraeth a rhanddeiliaid eraill dros y misoedd nesaf i gwblhau hyn.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">DIWEDD<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Nodiadau i&#039;r Golygydd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Cyhoeddodd y BCE ymchwil gyntaf o&#039;i fath yn 2024, gan ddadansoddi 600 o ryngweithiadau rhwng swyddogion gorfodi a&#039;r cyhoedd, o gamer\u00e2u a wisgir ar y corff.
