Making a complaint
Before you complete our complaint form, we’d like to ask a few questions to ensure we’re the right organisation to address your complaint and that it’s ready for us to review.
This quick process takes just a few minutes and helps save you time by confirming that you’re contacting us at the right time.
Our Role
We want to make sure that everyone experiencing enforcement action is being treated fairly and in line with our standards.
If you believe that an ECB accredited enforcement firm, or agent working for them has not met those standards, we will consider what action we can take to resolve your concerns.
We can’t investigate complaints about enforcement firms who are not accredited by us, or local authority in house enforcement teams.
